The school of the future

All the courses held abroad are in English, giving the students not only the opportunity to learn the art of Italian gelato making from Prague to Shanghai but also to travel and to make each branch a meeting place for students of the various nations. Welcoming and stimulating places in which it is possible to learn from the teachers and to be stimulated by the other participants.
