CASA OPTIMA IS A PARTNER OF AIG

AT THE 2ND EDITION OF THE ITALIAN CUP OF GELATO- MAKING

The Group Casa Optima, with its brands MEC3, Giuso and Pernigotti Maestri Gelatieri Italiani, is  official partner of the 2nd edition of the Italian Cup of Gelato-Making, invented and organised by AIG-(Italian Gelato-makers Association), with the objective of promoting the true Italian artisan gelato and the figure of the Master Gelato Maker, who studies and explores innovation that allows to enhance in this product of excellence, the tradition of local products and craftsmanship, enriched by the talent and imagination of the Master Gelato Maker.  

The first phase defined the “selection phase in stages”, will end in October and will provide the short list of the 25 gelato-makers who will enter the final phase of the tournament which will be held on the 23th, 24th and 25th of November 2023, within the event Excellence Food Innovation in Rome.  

A jury of journalists, industry experts and institutional representatives will decide the overall winner!
